Dr. Frederick C. Jefferson

Frederick C. Jefferson, Jr., Ed. D. is Professor Emeritus of Education at the University of Rochester and is CEO of Jefferson and Associates. Jefferson and Associates is a consulting company that specializes in executive consultation and coaching; team and leadership development; facilitating the development of corporate diversity strategies; and developing organization change processes designed to improve work environments and customer service. Frederick has more than 30 years of experience in graduate-level teaching, and research in organizational change, leadership development, understanding the influence of human diversity on the change process and managing diversity. His thought-provoking, enthusiastic and innovative approach to his work has made him a highly sought-after professor and consultant. Frederick has worked with numerous large corporations and not-for-profits. He has chaired several not-for-profit boards of directors including Action for A Better Community, the United Way and the Red Cross.
